Treebo Cecil Resort Matheran With Swimming Pool

La chambre était sale. Les draps étaient tachés. Le lit était très dur. Il y avait une fuite au niveau de la douche. L'eau n'était pas chaude. Les toilettes se sont bouchés. Musique très forte jusqu'à 22h. Confort rudimentaire. Ne vaut pas le prix. Matheran ne vaut pas le coup pour les touristes étrangers car les paysages ne sont pas supers. Ce village est pollué et très sale.

Power cut at night, no wardrobe and toiletries... The image is showing differently in canteen

The room was clean and spacious

Hotel is far from the station and the market. The route to the hotel is risky at night as there are no lights on the way. The staff is unapproachable as there are no intercom, no network, no wifi.

Room size, food, ambiance, property is good

wifi inside roon and intercom was not working. Hot water kettle was provided but without tea making kit. These areas shoukd be improved to make stay more awsome

Thr resort is not able to provide basic complimentary dental kit and shaving kit for second day whereas stay was for 02 days Basic locker and almirah are not available for keeping cloths etc

Food was really excellent. Staff was also very very good. Fully enjoyed with my family. Many important points are near hotel and can be explored with foot. If you want to be with nature and want absolute peace, book this hotel.

Only want rooms to be more upgraded with modern facilities.
