The hotel is like a lodge. It's for short term fast moving low budget hotel.

The hotel was not to our expectations. We made a wrong choice. Not knowing what to expect. The lift did not function after we checked in on day 1. There was no cafe or restaurant within the hotel for the comfort and convenience of a handicap individual among us. We told the staff that the hotel was unsuitable for us all 9 elderly guests. We informed the staff that we will checkout on the 2nd day. Staff confirmed that they will refund the balance to us. Todate we have not been refunded any. We are waiting for a refund for the days we did not occupy the hotel room.

Neat & clean

Was a lot surprised as we expected a dining place when it mentioned breakfast was provided. But not supplied to the rooms without coffee or tea. But we were well treated n our request for help was attended by the front desk staff. Meant more for overnight stay while on long drive.

Staffs okay. Breakfast okay.

Bed too soft. Pillows worse too soft too. Fan in the room not controlable. Television remote operating no manuel or instruction user, always need to request for help. Shower, hot water need separated from the shower tap, need to use a another lower tap with bucket.

Situation: à 15 minutes à pied de la New bus Station et très facile de prendre un bus local qui vous amène dans le Centre. L'accueil et le livre de renseignements en Anglais. Jolie chambre conforme aux photos Wifi stable Super petit déjeuner indien servi en chambre

Matelas un peu mou à notre goût. Un peu de bruit dans le couloir mais calme extérieur

Literally nothing to like here

1. Images on the display are all fake. 2. There is no breakfast buffet, they simply order meal and deliver to rooms 3. Beds, there are no double beds, all twin beds joint together, making a sink gap in the middle. Bed quality was super uncomfortable 4. Cutlery, hard to believe, but they did not have spoon, forks or bowl... Only plates available to eat so called breakfast. 5. Staff, the staff was very very rude, specially the one on reception and was not helpful at all. 6. Location, there are no easy to buy shops nearby, seemingly it is out of the city. 7. Room size, super small sized rooms 8. Toilet amenities, no toiletries, like shampoo etc is provided. 9. Water heating, the room we stayed had its geyser broken. All in all, failed to meet even a single point where I can be writing good about this stay experience.
