The hotel was reasonably modern with good sized rooms, decent Indian breakfast and friendly staff.

The hot water system is a disaster! It's an engineering design gone horribly wrong. It takes literally gallons of water to be wasted until the water temperature reaches a barely acceptable level. Unforgivable for a recently built hotel. The TV has a satellite box but hardly any channels are available. The remote location makes it very hard to get taxis into Mysore and impractical to use a rickshaw. We ended up using the local bus most days.

Location is off beat and away from the city. The travel to this place is through a narrow, dark road and can be avoided late nights.

The facilities are not enough for a property this far, there are no convenience stores around this hotel and at best few dhabas around.

Clean, compact rooms with good air conditioning. If you have the farm view, the open fields are nice to look at from the room. They generally do not offer in-room dining and insist you go to the restaurant, the food there is average. Great parking space and tucked away from hustle bustle.

It is not ideal for tourists or people who don't want a property outside the city, it is far away from most places except the KRS dam. The property is not fully setup, so there are not enough amenities and the food menu is also very limited. This location will need you to travel in a dark area so may not be recommended for single women or people unfamiliar with the place.
