Surprised that it didn't have a safe in the room. The TV kept tripping several times. Checkin was not very smooth. Although we had booked a River view room we were given a different room & were shifted on protesting. Payment was demanded in advance & again during check out, had to show them the receipt to prove payment had been made. Overall experience was not as expected from an ITC Hotel.

Good range for breakfast. Enjoyed lunch and dinner there too.

The bedroom had two chairs, both were filthy with marks on them. The toilet once flushed continued to drip water heavily. Position of flush difficult for an elderly person to use. Toilet dynamics totally unsuitable. Water leaked from under the sink. Shower curtains too short- all the water just fell outside the shower.

Lovely location and great rooms. Very comfortable and staff were great

Need to be informed if there is a wedding function as it was very noisy first thing in the morning at 7am. Also - electrics in the room were not working as soon as I entered the room and also on the morning of departure.

No covered space for parking vehicles.

The pancake i ordered from the live counter was very heavy and upto standard.

Very pleasant stay and exceeded expectations than expected. The room was a good size and all the staff were very attentive. The breakfast restaurant was really good and is definitely worth it as there is a wide range of options. Its best to book dinner in advance with the hotel booking as its expensive if there is a big group of you and you want to eat that same day. It was problematic trying to find dinner options after the light show at the statue since the restaurants at the statue close once the 7pm light show begins which is a shame since there is a lot of choice in the food court area.

Property is nice. Rooms are clean.

Looks like any college hostel from inside.

Location is quite close to the railway station and not too far from the circular route bus stop.

For WiFi connectivity there is a restriction of only 3 devices per room. Reception staff upon a request, was quick to make an exception.
