The staff is very inefficient and unable to take basic instructions. The first room that was allotted to us had weird stains on the couch, floor, carpets, and the table. The desk chair was half broken. We requested for a room change in the next room was doable. It was our wedding anniversary, and I requested for a complementary cake from the in-room dining services, and staff kept me hanging with no proper update about it. And later, they actually never got back to us. We went for dinner and the bread basket had hair in it-the complaint and the staff did not seem apologetic about it.

Clean room and great courteous staff. Krishna at the dining was exceptional !!

Excellent location

Rooms are in very bad shape. Furniture is chipping. Wall paper is torn. Sofa was dirty. Bathroom door was dirty

I recently stayed again at Ramada by Wyndham Bareilly, and once again, the experience was truly incredible. A special mention to the reception team—Mr. Mohit and Mr. Vikas Yadav—whose warm welcome at the entrance made me feel genuinely valued and special right from the moment I arrived. I would also like to appreciate Rohan, Ragini, and Saloni at the restaurant. I met them during breakfast, and they attended to everything with great professionalism and care, making the start of the day even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

The only suggestion I would like to add is regarding noise control. Installing soundproof doors or improving sound insulation would be highly beneficial, as the music from the 6th-floor restaurant can sometimes disturb guests staying on the lower floors. Enhancing this aspect would further improve the overall guest experience.
