Service is BRILLIANT! Everyone at the hotel is eager to help with every little thing, from organising a takeaway breakfast because we were checking out early to letting us use their wheelchair for a family member who wasn't a guest and wasn't even at the hotel! The facilities are superb too - typical Ramada quality everywhere. The bed is comfortable, the toiletries and towels are of very good quality, and the standard room is large enough for two adults.

I was on the 5th floor initially. there was flooring work going on the 6th floor. in spite of giving the reception staff 45 mins, they could not stop the work. the guys were hammering & using drill machines on the top of my room, impossible to stay in the room. finally the manager did stop the noise but only for an hour & again the noise started. Due to this they shifted me to another room which they could have done initially but don understand why they did not ?? really upset!!
