Wall were dirty, door lock of 206 Room was not working! Bedsheets has stains, blanket cover was torn!

Room was clean and good

The phone & the kettle weren’t working. The phone was replaced but The kettle wasn’t replaced even after asking. We had to ask for water. Of the three day booking we only got water once on the second day too after asking

No WiFi given. Room was infested with cockroaches. Bathroom too had multiple cockroaches

Mr Balu and support staff was very cooperative. Mr Balu guided me to visit places nearby in effective manner.the food at jalpaan restaurant was tremendous.

Eleventh Hour Property Change intimation and process by TREEBO/BOOKING.COM is created anxiety. After check-in in Room No: 102, after 30 minutes, while taking bath, the staff knocked the door continuously and asked us to shift for another room by saying meaning less reasons, annoyed us very much. The shifted room no 107 is not having cub boards, Washbasin not worked properly. No drinking water bottle provided, but there was Tea,Coffee poweder pouches for self making. No dental kit/bath kit is provided. Room service is very poor. No restaurant in this property.
