We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and polite throughout our visit.

This hotel is bad. To begin with its location is wrong, as originally shows that it is in the city center but is not actually very very far from the center. About an hour Uber. They change me for a breakfast that never happened because the kitchen was being renovated. No AC just a fan that only works with light in and sounds like a helicopter. Dirty and Staff always sleeping.

I'm from the USA and I stayed at this place for 1 night because it was close to a friend's home. If you are from another country like me, I think you need to be an experienced traveler and a bit adventurous to stay here. The reason is that it is located right next to a slum, and the setup and service is not typical of a standard hotel. However, the room is good enough. And so is the service. The included breakfast was delivered to the room. The shower hot water is a bit tricky, as it needs to heat up and the shower controls need to be understood to avoid a searing hot and freezing cold experience. The TV has Netflix, and I enjoyed a movie on it. The bed was comfortable, and the rate was low given the location.

A localização apresentada no mapa não condiz com a localização real. A região do hotel é muito ruim e longe dos pontos turísticos de interesse. As instalações do quarto são precárias.

La habitación es promedio, no tienen restaurante pero si servicio a la habitación. La comida es deliciosa !!!! Los alrededores muy descuidados y hay un asentamiento irregular en las cercanía del hotel
