The room was spacious and comfortable and generally clean. The staff were cheerful and obliging but sometimes, in their eagerness to please, they over promise and under deliver. The guards were excellent, helping us with our auto bookings. The location was the best part; just next door to a mall and supermarket. Room too had a comfy bed and the water pressure for the shower was great.

The towels really need to be replaced. They were old and scratchy. I also had an issue with housekeeping/ front desk. My fault. On day 3, I put in a a request for my room to be cleaned. But I forgot to take out the decal that said do not disturb so the instructions conflicted. They sent me an email to let me know that they did not clean my room as per my request, but left a email link to allow me to change my mind. The email link did not work and when I tried to text them on the number that front desk had given me no one read or responded. so obviously that number is not one that is monitored nor followed up on.

Everything! From entering the security boom gate, the doormen, checkin, room service, cleanliness, toilet paper, hot shower with lots of high pressure water, super comfy bed, good aircon and blackout curtains AND the food was amazing! Sound block rooms keep the noise out and conveniently next door is a shopping plaza for last minute shopping and entertainment. It was the perfect end to 4 weeks in India. Will definitely highly recommend.

They should stress more about hygiene standards.. in room and breakfast restaurant..

I feel the service can be improved , staff is young but also casual and slow
