A very disappointing stay. Would rather recommend Mayfair or Sterling over this property. The hotel is very poorly managed specially when there is higher occupancy . The breakfast is very disappointing, one could have long waiting to get service and the staff lacks adequate training. Management did not take adequate actions for the issues faced. One of the rooms was leaking and an option to change the room was not given up until one day after stay. The hotel initially suggested to get the room swept after every use of the bathroom, later put on a temporary fix and only offered to switch rooms after one night of stay, when the hotel had low occupancy. Would suggest to avoid

Service: The service was significantly below expectations. Despite multiple complaints to the staff regarding the presence of cockroaches in our room, no action was taken. We requested either a change of room or immediate pest control, but for six days, our requests were ignored. It was only after we became visibly frustrated that the staff even acknowledged the issue. The lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and contributed to a very uncomfortable stay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the property was far from acceptable. The presence of pests in the room was alarming and indicated poor hygiene and lack of proper maintenance. This is an issue that seriously impacted our overall experience and should be addressed immediately to ensure guest safety and comfort. Treatment of Smaller Groups: We also observed that when a large group reserves the hotel, smaller parties like families or couples are completely overlooked. Our needs were deprioritized, and it felt as if our concerns and requests were insignificant in comparison to the larger group staying at the property. This neglect was disheartening and unprofessional, making our stay even more unpleasant. In summary, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and biased treatment made this stay deeply unsatisfactory. These issues must be addressed to prevent future guests from encountering a similarly negative experience.

Hotel staffs were very welcoming. Breakfast spread was good.

The car rentals were too high.
