I recently had an excellent and comfortable stay at Treebo Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The comfortable bed and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I was particularly impressed by the prompt room service and the overall hospitality. I would highly recommend Treebo Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I look forward to staying here again!

The staff committed fraud on my card and the property never paid me back instead of 2300 INR they swiped 23000 INR and refunded the balance the manager was responsible for this , treebo chain of hotel as a company has failed to resolve the issue. Please black list this property before anyone else get cheated

The place is in the city not out skirts of the city There was hot water awailable for bath.

Did not like the registration at reception desk. First we were assigned rooms and in few minutes after we settled down we were told that we had to vacate the rooms and move elsewhere. The break fast is served in not hygienic area. We were disappointed that there is no facility for Driver's overnight accommodation.

It is a very shitty hotel and extremely unhygienic place to stay for any type of travels.I would highly recommend BOOKING.COM to remove this hotel from their website .it does not even qualify for 1 star hotel even.it is far more worse than that. For such conditions they should charge 100 rupees per night or even less. Highly very very dissatisfied. I would request to refund me what I spent here. Wifi--never works. We have to literally tell the staff 1000 times for services and still they will not respond and chill on their desk. Complete bullshit place. Even public toilets are far cleaner than this hotel. I would never even recommend anyone to even see this hotel also forget about staying here. A big nightmare. A prison with unhygienic conditions.

After booking from booking.com and getting confirmation from booking.com, the hotel still send me whatsapp messages requesting me to make an online transfer. I did not do it since I was not sure of the authenticity of the messages. I tried calling the hotel, but it always went to an automatic answering machine. Finally, when I reached the hotel, the hotel staff told me that since I did not make the online transfer ( which was 50% of the total cost), my room was given to someone else. They also did not have any other rooms, leaving me and my wife stranded. It took a lot of time and help from my friends ( fortunately I had friends in Pune) who helped me find another room in another hotel in Pune.
