JW Marriott Goa

The breakfast spread was absolutely satiating. Each morning they would have some new added items. Compliments to the chef for egg benedict, french toasts, they have special coffee bar which was on the spot for coffee lovers and of course the south Indian corner was relished by my kids. Overall Excellent job with food and special thanks to the staff they were so courteous.

The overall stay was good

We were given a room with broken water heater and the ac was not working and when we informed the staff a person with ladder came to the room to fix it- this wasn’t the kind of hospitality we expect from JW marriott and then my husband went to get our rooms changed and for the next 30 min we just waited and no one came to shift our luggage it was just a really bad check in experience

It’s a top notch property close to vagator beach. The infinity pool overlooking sea at some distance is a highlight. Rooms are big and cosy.

They should try to enforce discipline at the pool. Some guests were using the pool in normal clothes.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, and offer a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—especially Dale and Isa—who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable with their warmth and attention to detail. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was effortless, indulgent, and filled with joy—making it a place we would happily return to again and again

Our stay at JW Marriott Goa has been nothing short of exceptional! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always available to assist with any requests. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and Vagator Beach is just a lovely 15-20 minute stroll from the hotel. While a shuttle service would enhance the experience, the walk is quite pleasant! The concierge team was fantastic, especially Jacob and Shaun. Their recommendations for places to visit and their help in arranging our experiences truly made our trip memorable. I highly recommend visitors to purchase an Indian SIM card and use Goa Miles for local transportation, as it’s a smart choice compared to other options. Breakfast at JW Kitchen was a highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and I must give special thanks to chefs Mr. Abhishak, Ms. Tanvi, and Mr. Arun. They addressed our minor concerns promptly and offered thoughtful suggestions on what to try. The fresh, hot jalebis served at breakfast were simply delightful! Shoutouts are also deserved for Jatin, Sonal, and Dipanker, who greeted us every morning and ensured our needs were met throughout our 9-night stay. Regarding our room, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement, such as the shower and bathtub being in the same space, which could use a bit of attention. Additionally, while we appreciate the provision of water bottles, having 12 in the room felt a bit excessive. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JW Marriott Goa and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious hotel experience and vibrant nightlife in Vagator!

The staff were very good but very slow. They could be more efficient in future.
