"Poor Customer service "

Hotel room is cozy and cool but the food service is terrible. Each order will take huge waiting time upto 45 mins to an hour. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Asked them to check the room in the morning when i was leaving at 9 am. When i came been at 6 in the evening, it was undone. On asking at the reception why it was undone, they just said they'd get it done now but no apology or answer on why it wasn't done.
