Many things. Location is far from the main shrine. Though it's peaceful, for the amount paid (around ₹3.2K per room for a night) there is not even complimentary breakfast added to the price paid. We totally found it to be over rated and high priced. It's not a resort, it's a normal lodge / room kind of thing

We had been here on purpose to visit temple, the location is very good, pretty close to the temple. Very good hospitality, and tasty food. Although there was LPG challenges they made sure all the meals was served, appreciate the staff. Cleanliness is maintained and rooms are spacious

Clean and well maintained. Good staff

It’s far from Dharmastala junction. Had to spend paying for auto. Own car will help commute easily
