All the staff were amazing. really helpful and accommodating. Namely Erabolyne and Amisha, who worked in the Bistro. Lucas from the room service team was amazing and friendly. overall great team. We booked a Villa. (002) which was spacious and accommodating with beautiful features and amenities. The hotel itself is off the beaten path but I'm a lovely quiet setting.

The Bistro menu could be expexpanded. saying that the chef's were accommodating by making items off the menu.

Felt like I was in ubud, Bali

Not worth for money. Do not use water kept in your room they will charge for that tooo😂

The location is right on the river branch. It’s located in a quiet village. The staff were all very friendly and sincere. They would engage in a bit of small talk because they had the time to as well- but know when to leave you alone. The restaurant staff remembered food preferences and each time the meals would be made exactly as you want it. Although I’m not fussy eater but knowing NOT to make anything with chillis or a well done omelet makes life a bit easier. We came in the monsoons and it rained every day which was so beautiful and green. The staff were very dedicated and happy. The pool in the room is cute and the main pool was nice. Looks out to the river.

The room was big and bathroom is very tastefully designed but as it was monsoon so the room smelt a bit damp. The tv didn’t have Netflix. Just YouTube and a bunch of useless channels

Spacious Rooms Away from the hustle bustle of Goa (Too away) Staff was helping If you are traveling with friends or family and only intend to stay within the property for a day or two - it is the go to place.

1. We had ordered for few meds for our 6 months old, it took them almost 2 hours to get it. It was the deal breaker. 2. You would have to compromise a bit on the buffet breakfast, food dining options and few of the amenities. However, the place made up for it. 3. Under staffed

The property was indeed beautiful.The staff was very cordial.

The breakfast was very ordinary and spread was quite repetitive.

breakfast spread was good, great options. However, they can add in more fresh / seasonal fruits, cheese, meats , breads and jams to the selections

staff was extrelmy helpful and friendly, room was extremely comfortable. Although i expected in room pool to be a bit bigger and outdoor seating area in the gardens (both cottage room and main garden area) can be improved.
