Regenta City Vilas Palace Ambala

The Rooms and the food was great. The plus point of this hotel is that the property contains a salon, and also has an ev station, petrol pump next to it. Good gym and Table tennis in the property as well. Just attached to the hotel is a highway rest stop where you have a sagar ratna, a chaat shop, a baskin robbins, a barista and a confectionary, so everything at one place. A wine shop is just a half a minute walk from the hotel. Their pool is also good. The food rates are also nominal.

The air conditioning of our rooms was not upto the mark. The swimming pool was very slippery, needs to be cleaned more often.

Very good staff

It’s a very well maintained property and located on Ambala Chandigarh highway. The reviews people have written about AC issues, staff not being supported, food quality, mosquitoes etc. it’s all false. I got the best hospitality during my stay. All of my concerns were addressed on priority. Hotel staff including front desk and dining staff were really helpful. Special thanks to Jagdish who paid special attention and provided the best dining experience. I would love visiting to the property again and also highly recommend this to all the travelers. Thank you!

Convenient location with all facilities. Food and drinks were delicious. Staff was attentive and was making an effort to make our stay comfortable. It was commendable that they took our feedback positively and improved on a number of things.

Mosquitoes in rooms.

Location was good

Restaurant and food were sub standard, restaurant staff and majority of other staff were untrained. Lacked basic hospitality training. Not staffs fault but something the management should look into. One of our rooms was full of mosquitoes with unclean bedding
