The only reason why one should stay at this property is because of the location. I am posting this review in the middle of night whilst i am still here in this hotel- the room tiles have chipped off,the ac is making noise which i kept complaining n they paid no heed..the cups,kettle are dirty..and even if i manage it all.. The icing on cake,geyser is not working..there's no hot water..i have to go for morning darshan at 4 am..i have been insisting to repair or change room..they dont care..we are 2 women,i am travelling with my mother..its a harrowing experience..they have sent some staff with a bucket saying he will get hot water from somewhere else..is this a hotel or joke? I cant believe that this property is getting such star despite of the horrible room service.you can check the kind of condition the room has at midnight..i have attached picture

Very badly maintained property, it is a pilgrimage place, i guess that’s what you will get, but they have property that can be kept clean and maintained well, broken electric faucet, toilet always leaking water and reception staff kind of rude. I guess it is not looked after well, otherwise they have fantastic property right across the temple

It was a terrible stay for my family , we booked the family suite but still the services was very poor. No air conditioning in the room, no breakfast provided even then it was mentioned in the hotel itinerary Terrible room service and staff

The location of the hotel is across the road from the temple. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room had 2 fans but they were swinging wildly and so we went with just A/C. The room was clean. TV was towards the corner of the room, but we did not use much. The bathroom was clean, however it could get an upgrade. Did not try the morning unlimited breakfast as it was around 400 per person.

So conventiently palced, gives easy access to the SAI BABA Temple, which is the main purpose for anyone visitng Shirdi.. 2 minute walk.....

Very convenient, right opposite to the temple. Good restaurant option in the hotel. Only thing is, the restaurant doesn’t honor foreign credit cards.
