GBThis place was really good. Fantastic central location. Easy walking distance from promenade beach, tonnes of cafes and restaurants. The ensuite room was just perfect. Kuharaj and his help were very friendly and helpful. They even got our clothes washed at reasonable price. Air conditioning was great. I would highly recommend this place.
The only issue I had was that due to central location, there was traffic noise till late at night, and the stray dogs barked a lot.
The surrounding environment was very unhygienic. Drains choke up with mosquitoes breeding clearly seen. I thing the hotel management can take photos and report to relevant authority.

Lack of coordination between the website booking. Com and the manager of the property as we were left to wait with our luggages on our arrival although the manager took over and solved the issue rapidly.
