FabHotel Sapphire 83 Best hotel in Manesar, Gurugram

It’s not a hotel. It’s a service apartment setup. Calling it hotel is not right. More like a hostel

It was dirty, no amenities, poor quality food was served, room service never came to clean the room. I checked out on 28 a day prior to the actual date of checkout. I could not stay. Dirty bedding and worst mattress

Nothing at all. Its a scam to loot people

Mattress was broken, no towel in washroom, cockroaches in the room. No handwash, no water to drink, insite of asking multiple times received 1 water bottle and 1 towel, whereas it was booked for 2 people, so they charged for 2.

The staff was exceptional and upgraded us because we were there to celebrate my son birthday. They decorated the room with flowers and gave a complimentary cake as well which was very kind of them to do. The food was really good across Indian, Chinese . The breakfast spread was massive and truly worth spending 2 hours at. From the main road side it is fine. Property is in sapphire mall.

The staff there was very kind and welcoming. Food was amazing. All services was good. Best experience so far! Home away from home.

Very nice property & superb rooms. However, no welcome drinks offered which was quite shocking. Overall it was a lovely experience staying in it. The rooms were amazing. Friendly & supportive staff.

Too much noise and no cleanliness and bad beds

Its lacks basic cleanliness overall. Bedding weren’t clean, mattress was old and sinking unevenly. AC unit won’t function properly. Staff refused to provide second towel although two of us checked in. Soaps felt like detergent. Never got a receipt for payment.
