Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and staff is very good at their work and well trained.😀👍 I unable to recall the names of the people who were there during our stay but yes best wishes to them all. Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We would like to visit again soon and recommend to others

"staff there is Amit who is always in bad mood i have never seen him smile."

Location is best but staff is very rude also room cleanliness is very poor for ex: hairs lying in bathroom and on bed too sorry i havnt taken photo but in previous time i have submit my feedback on google in which i share snaps as evidence kindly check if possible for you. Cockroaches inside room which comes out in night to play with you. Kindly improve your services as it is my best option for staying in gurgaon.

"Attenzione a tutti Iettori"

FOR BOOKING.COM: Don't book this hotel because the foreigns are not accepted. They don't have government permission to host foreigners...but only Indian guests.

The hotel got our money before and they didn't accepted us at check because we are foreigns. Booking.con must keep out this hotel as soon is possible.
