FabHotel Empire Executive - Nr HINJEWADI PHASE 1

Fabhotel changed our hotel at the very last moment.Inspite of request to provide all rooms in one property, they booked four rooms in one hotel and two rooms in other hotel. Hotel location was good but not maintained properly. Some staffs are rude and lack hospitality manners.

Provided cheap breakfast, Poha for first day and Sabudana Khicdi for second day. Kitchen staff rudely told that kitchen will be closed for next two days and we have to look for other option whereas Breakfast is included in.the room charges. Room was upgraded to double occupancy but reception staff denied extra blanket, have to sleep three nights without blanket. Some of the portion of the property is rented out as PG accommodation and young boys n girls roaming late night around hotel. Hotel is not suitable for family accommodation. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Lack of professionalism. ACwasnot working in my room and no TV was there. Door locking is big task. It doesnt locked properly. The key got struck in the lock. For all five days, I have to use Master Key(Card Key) to lock my room. Overall waste of money.

Not very good

The company Fab Hotel is actually a Fraudulent Hotel. Firstly it confirmed the booking with required booking amount as per its T n C but denied and cut a sorry figure not able to accommodate. When I told them to take legal action against them, they finally accommodate me in a very poor and unhygienic room with poor facilities. As I was on official tour so that I focussed on my work with accommodation challenge. Thank you for query.
