"No deberían de abrir sin las mínimas condiciones en un alojamiento situado en una zona a -15 grados centígrados"

Nada, cuando llegue en el alojamiento no había ni agua en las tuberías, ni calefacción. Tengo que mencionar de que Leh es una ciudad que se encuentra en los valles de las montañas del Himalaya y que las temperaturas llegan a los -21 grados centígrados por lo que no disponer de estas cosas es una locura para estas condiciones.

Que no tuviera agua corriente en las tuberías, ni calefacción. Cuando llegue el personal tenía que trabajar con chaquetas, gorros de invierno y bufandas.
