Mosquito everywhere.... receptionist behaviour not good ... Cigarette buds over the floor

AC was not working and when i called them they did not come and over that they talked rudely to us. And this hotel is full of mosquitos and no proper facility was there to mitigate the situation of mosquitoes. Room with no ventilation and AC with mosquitoes is a big NO

Had difficulty talking to staff. The water heater doesn’t work. Not even water bottle was provided. Breakfast was part of amenities, but wasn’t provided. When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone.

The hotel staffs were good. But the manager was pathetic. The manager asked to cancel booking at 11:30 pm just because the booking was done online through booking.com

They wanted direct booking to earn more money. They disrespect those who did booking online.

Liked the pic in booking.com, but they denied me to check in, even though I informed them while booking (more than a month ago)

Unreliable and no communication for our request, we reached in front gate of hotel at 5 am. But there was no one to help check in, with family and luggage we waited on main road remote place for 1 hour. Finally I lost faith with booking.com and booked another hotel with dealer and had to pay high amount and 3 for cab rides.

On arrival at the property, they refused to give the room against booking. They said that they haven't received any booking on the name of Sanjay Baori. After one hour of fighting and arguments they gave the room which was very dirty and there was dust everywhere. The Hotel owner is a fraud and cheater herself. I complained about the same and my Case ID is [REQ:M-25528452] and my booking confirmation number was 8104175615131.

Simply the best hotel for 1 day stay Just to inform there is all ways some kind a Function going on so there would be noice.
