The overall service. First the pictures which are uploaded on site is very misleading. The cleanliness or aesthetic of the room is down to the drain. I had to spent 4k to book this room which eventually I checked out and moved to other hotel without asking or checking for any refund. I would never recommend any of my family or friends fab express hotels for that matter. The room was stinking of cigarette smell..and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom I don't even want to get there. It was worst than any cheap dormitory as well. I am going to report this hotel for misleading it's customers.

The rooms were not clean. There is no hot water. No toileteries. Overall, it was very pathetic. Not value for money.

Breakfast is served only after 9 am . Not at all good . In that case they should refund. In room it was mentioned back side at 8.30 am that also not followed. When I checked in they say earliest possible at 8 am .. While sleeping I asked they said 8.30 am but not given. Only Bread and Omlet.. So for Vegeterian option is only bread .

Gyser was not working in Winter . All the furniture very old . Room No 22,,, One of the Window was open and making noice. Towels very old , Blanket after seeing we may not use. Sofa Chair very old. At hotel they refused to provide the bill . I mentioned that we booked 2 rooms and paid at Hotel so I should get bill at hotel . Though booking was done through Booking.com but never paid any advance. The staff lying . Outside room can't sit . No hygiene at all. Very shady . No nearby place one can go by walk for dinner or lunch and hence facility should be available there only
