"Was good stay but would expect better service"

The staff was courteous and nice and helpful

We asked them for a few things but they totally forgot about it - like changing sheets, coffee bags in room and poor drainage in bathroom to be fixed

"Discomfort at Regenta"

Location

No heaters was so cold charged 5000 ruppees for this discomfort not worth it they dont have many heaters for every room
