"Bad overpriced Property on Booking.com and Treebo trend"

Nothing!

Rooms are stinking of cigarette smoke. Checked in around midnight. Had to change three rooms in the middle of the night. Had to settle for a room.The room was close to the reception and was very noisy, couldn't sleep properly. No hot water Shower not working, they are providing bucket and mug. So managed to bath. No soap, no teabags kept in the room. (Have to request for it) Only one torn bath towel in the room No proper breakfast Overpriced. Not even worth half the price. It was a nightmare stay at Treebo trend Prince. No proper sleep for two nights and no shower! Not just the property owners but Treebo trend and Booking.com are equally responsible for this mess. Please conduct a thorough audit before listing such properties. I am very much interested to know how Booking.com handles my review / feedback. Thank you. Abdul Majeed Pazhedath.
