Situated in prime location. Enjoyed hospitality, politeness of each staffs. Rooms are spacious. Can't resist to mention the name of "Karmo" who was distinctive with politeness, prompt service & simplicity.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Crown Pegasus during my visit to Shillong, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to the main market was a huge convenience, allowing me to explore the heart of Shillong effortlessly. The hospitality at Hotel Crown Pegasus truly sets it apart. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing a warm reception that included a variety of welcome foods and drinks. What a fantastic way to start my stay! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Shillong souvenir, a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to my visit. Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel managed to ensure a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. While some areas were undergoing improvements, it did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. The prices were reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.

I loved it so much I extended my stay. The staff is amazing! The place is clean, the food is great!

What I liked the most about my stay is the staff. The level of service I received has been the best so far in my time in India. They are very attentive and are extremely hospitable. The food was great, the room was perfect! It’s clean, beds are comfortable, there’s hot water for the shower, the place is in a great location. I strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely visit again. If you are traveling from outside of India, be aware that booking.com does not pay the properties.. Credit or debit cards may not work either so just be prepared to pay cash just in case. Also, be aware that there are taxes added to the amount it shows on this site, which is understandable but just good to know when you arrive. There are plenty of ATMs around the area and lots to do. I wanted to explore the beauty of Meghalaya and the hotel staff recommended an amazing driver who I strongly recommended as well. His name is Kitbok, make sure to ask for him as he is knowledgeable about the area!
