Fraudulent booking service. They took my money, provided confirmation, kept me informed on the status until I got to the hotel, but the hotel had NO room for me to stay. I got stranded in the middle of the night. Had to spend a fortune for the Hotels.com's incapability to provide a room even after taking money upfront. Very bad, please avoid using them in the future. These guys go through another layer (FABHOTELS, another fraud company) before the actual hotel. There is no communication at all and at the end, the customer is being impacted. PLEASE STAY AWAY from HOTELS.cm and FABHOTELS in India.
