Very poor service and the staff was very rude ... I will never recommend anyone to stay in Gazal hotel.. They don't know how to attend the guest and how to respond to them politely .. Hotel Staff was so bad and very poor in attending to the guest and their services are so down

Hotel staff behavior, the way they are responding to the customers, rooms are so dirty, even the food was not hygienic and the food services are not up to the mark .. they serve Ice Cream in sweets and only onion in salad ... Plz don't book this hotel even for trial .. will not recommend anyone to book this hotel in future.
