Ambience of room and restaurant

I was being asked for the frequent payment of restaurant bill. No one bothered to provide water in room after one supply. Booking.com was behind me to do the payment. Got n number of mails for the payments. Instead they should focus on facility and feedback. Hooligans were shouting till 2 am. Cigarette smell was all over in the room. Pretty bad experience. Though i stayed in treebo in other cities also.
