Parking mentioned, but parking given on the road.

The wardrobe is just behind the door, if door is opened wardrobe couldn't be opened.

We stayed in four rooms with a big family group including a child and senior citizens. > Breakfast was good and with sufficient options > Very clean rooms > Excellent behavior from the hotel staffs > Well-decorated rooms > The new building and the rooms seem in superb condition > Restaurant food is very tasty > The hotel helped to keep the luggage after check-in for several hours > Helped to get in touch with a travel agent for a car (I won't blame the hotel as they did not force me to take a car with the suggested option, but the driver sent by Mr. Debasis, the travel agent was not great ---the driver mislead us and tried to take extra money).

> Toiletries are very limited > Except for a couple of hours, the TV did not work for most of the time. The hotel did not recharge the Tata Play so there were no channels (the message was showing up on TV). I informed the receptionist about this a couple of times, but I did not see any result of the reporting. It's a very disappointing > Room size is small > Tea and coffee during breakfast was not good > The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. The hotel sent staff to take the luggage from the ground floor to the reception during check-in but did not show any interest in sending any staff during check-out.

It was a horrible experience,the staff were very unprofessional, very adamant, really i will not suggest any other person to stay here

The stay was really really smooth and seamless right from the check-in process to checkout. 

Nothing much

Everything was just perfect. The restaurant at the property is just top notch. Indian, Italian and continental cuisines with great taste and affordable prices. Pleasant ambience with just awesome staffs.

TV wasnt working due to set up box issue and there were alot of mosquitoes, somehow finding ways to enter the room.
