This is not a hotel its a collection of scruffy rundown apartments there is a makeshift desk with the rudest person at it do not stay here its a scam and a dump

The swiming pool was very good. The staff were frindly and helpful.

The decorating in room they gave me was not finished.

Its big room and maintained properly specially the swimming pool and the guys on reception was well understandable.

Breakfast ...limited option. Either aloo porota or poori curry.

Our booking was from 26th to 28th January 2024.We paid advance and had a confirmed booking by 3rd January itself. .But rooms were denied. There were no one at the property to attend us.We spend around 4 hours at reception expecting a check in .There were three other groups with similar situations in which one group had 4 families including children & aged people. Even customer care of Fabhotel didn't help us.They just provided a phone number of property which was never attended. We came to know from some staff members that rooms were pre occupied at a higher rate. Later on in the afternoon we were forced to book another property at a higher rate and checked in.It took lots of mail communication with booking.com for refund of advance. Even though we mailed detailed invoice & credit card statement for refund of extra amount paid at new property, our requests were rejected quoting silly reasons. Fabhotel doesn't have any own property. They just take it on lease and don't have any proper communication with the property. This is the first time we are facing such an embarrassing situation at a place away from home.Everyone in the group were tired and we lost our valuable half day at Goa.

Location is near candolim beach. Breakfast was very good. Room and ambiance was very nice I recommend to all.
