1. Owner was quite friendly and helpful 2. Location 3. Parking availablity 4. Size of room and mattress 5. Clean washroom with all required amenities

1. Power went off, so I got stuck in lift. 2. At night there was too much light coming from windows even after curtains (Dark curtains would help) 3. AC and fans were not very effective. However, AC managed to work well after I asked them for help.
