"As per cost living room and breakfast is justified but I would not like to visit again."

Though breakfast is limited, but taste was good, bedroom

Washroom , Staff behaviour, desk call response, locaiton, staff behaviour was rude and the way they asked for checkout , it was like third grade.

The staff was friendly.

The room we got was on the top floor, no lift. The bed sheets were dirty. It was a cold room and a heater was provided with extra charges per day. The water heater was not good - maybe everywhere in Nainital (as per other travellers as well.)
