Treebo Rushi Grand, 1 km to Rushikonda Beach

The property is located near Rushikonda beach, and the good things end there. The rooms are small, I’ve stayed in Treebo properties before, and the rooms here are very small. The staff is indifferent and appeared that they just don’t want to be working at that establishment, cleanliness is just passable. They have no kitchen, and looked like they were just getting breakfast from random restaurants. Did not eat that. The corridor of the first floor we stayed at smelled like stale fish, had to get the windows on the floor open to get the smell off.

Cleanliness, room size, staff competence all were sub par.

Nothing, we didn't stay there because they cancelled our booking a day before check in. They have kept mailing and demanding advance payment despite the online booking being done with the "No Prepayment" option.
