"Not so good"

2.0

1. Service was bad 2. Food was bad, wife suffered from vomitting 3. No view from room, inspite of being at the edge of valley 4. Nearby roads are bad 5. Quite far from nearest population and no emergency arrangement

The rooms are clean and staff is nice and accommodating

There are no activity in the hotel. Plus no lawn for kids to play. There is construction going on..the view is of construction site.

"Medicore stay overall"

Property is new & clean, but be ready to hear construction noises as another part of the hotel is still being built.

They are understaffed. 2 boys were delivering in-room dining orders to 28 of 32 rooms booked on the day. The quality of food is bad. We ordered multiple things throughout our stay and they were tasteless, undercooked or overcooked. During summers, they should have an ice wending machine as they won’t be able to run a 32-room hotel using ice from refrigerator.
