the payment condition was Pay at Hotel. So I was expecting that I will pay at the time of checking in with local currency. But Hotel utilized my international credit card (which was put up to secure the booking) to claim the full payment one day before. Once I realised this I called them to cancel that transaction and offer them the local currency card to charge the payment but they declined. So the payment transaction took place in the foreign currency and costed me exchange rate and international transaction changes. Completely unacceptable.

Not so great customer service at the reception. Rooms without balcony have zero privacy facing windows. Breakfast was good. Overall cleanliness was good.
