The reception told me that they do not accept room booking through booking.com . They also denied offering me a room by stating that all their rooms are full. After some persuasion, they showed me a room which looked like a servants’ room for which they charged me 2500/-. Later I checked out within an hour or two for which they didn’t refund me anything. The hotel staff are not better than a group of thugs and cheat. I finally stayed at hotel harmony, just few steps away. Paying almost same amount with better rooms and service.

Everything…. One should not be duped by this hotel. It’s extremely pathetic with no restaurant service. In fact no water bottle served .
