Good property

We booked two rooms for four guests at this hotel via Booking.com, selecting the “Pay on Property” option. Ten days later, we received an email stating that we must pay in advance or risk cancellation. Despite this unexpected demand, we promptly made the payment to avoid any issues. Our guests arrived at the hotel around midnight (12), only to face outright refusal of entry. The hotel staff falsely claimed that the booking was for two people instead of four. After lengthy discussions, they allowed entry, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the payment receipt clearly stated four guests. The matter did not end there. When our guests requested towels and toiletries, the staff assured they would provide them, yet nothing was delivered until 9:30 AM the next morning, causing further inconvenience. To address these issues, I personally called the hotel four times. Each time, a different representative answered and promised resolution within 30 minutes, but nothing was done. Despite providing proof of payment for four guests via email, the hotel acknowledged their mistake but still charged us an additional ₹1200 for reasons that were never justified. To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to say that if they had known the guests were directors, they would have treated them better. This statement is completely unacceptable. It should not matter who the guests are – every guest deserves proper treatment and basic hospitality. Instead, our directors were left waiting outside the hotel at midnight, all due to the hotel’s gross mismanagement and incompetence. This entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It exposed a lack of professionalism, poor communication among staff, and complete disregard for guest comfort. We strongly advise against staying here if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Cleanness was good

No water available in room, no dustbin available in room, lights are not working, no information about reception number in room. Even breakfast is also limited as not cooking in house and brought from outside...

As the name says, just rooms, not a hotel. Room was small but sufficient, good washroom with hot water. A bit noisy near the main road. No official way to cross the road to the shops and eating places on the other side.

Very slow internet and sometimes not at all working.

As this was my second stay within a month as we had decided to stay in the same hotel, says everything, as I was traveling from kerala to mumbai and the second time from mumbai to kerala. the rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very very helpful. Everything was just perfect.

Nothing, as everything was just beyond the mark.
