Hotel Z Triloha

I recently stayed at Z Triloha and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful too. They answered all my questions and gave good recommendations for places to visit nearby. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth.

Highly recommended for stay near the Bellandur area , very efficient service crew, doesn't feel like it is a new hotel at all , very good pricing with furnished rooms

Good location walkable distance from Tech park. Very clean comfy rooms. Staffs are very good and breakfast was yum and fresh. Well equipped gym and open terrace view in evening is amazing

The only thing we like was the cleanliness.

The rooms shown in the picture are deceiving, actual sizes are very small and compact. The very important issue is that this is pg and one floor is designed as a hotel, but it lacks all facilities of a hotel. They don’t have room service. They don’t have intercom. For even a small requirement of water bottle you need to walk all the way to their reception to get your stuff. It was very poor experience for us. And the price they are charging for this worse experience is also pretty high.

No customer service no coordination lack of knowledge. No sense which industry they are working

My flight arrived at 2 and was there at the hotel by 3 am. The receptionist said i had no booking at the hotel and was advised to stay as a PG that is on a lower level as i was not provided with anything nor a blanket nor a toothpaste, I approached the reception for my queries and to my shock the receptionist advised me i have not checked in last night and have cancelled the booking, which was really disappointing because i had a booking and they are telling me to book again. This was really frustrating and disappointing at the same time.
