"The worst hotel and worst staff please dont go."

Standard room is the worst. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. I have booked this hotel for my parents and when they reached to hotel, staff showed them uncleaned room and asked them to upgrade room by paying extra 200 Rs. They dont refund your remaining money until and unless you give them good review ratings and they blackmail the guest for the same.

"Pleasant stay"

Room were big and clean with all amenities. They also upgraded our room however with some minimal charges. Staff were quick to help and cooperative. Room services were good. Location was also nice as most of the tourist places are nearby.

Staff should be little more technical. When I called and asked for hotel location he gave me his live location instead of hotel exact location, which resulted us reaching 1km away from hotel. He was however quick to reach us and acknowledge his mistake (and also arranged Rickshaw and its fare to hotel).

Made two days online booking and requested to split for two different dates...Akshay front desk, promptly accepted . While returning gave better room was wow factor.
