"Cancelled booking because of harassment by messages"

I didn't stay there. Right from the tome of my booking I wad inundated with unnecessary messages to the point where I cancelled my booking. I am still getting unwanted messages from them

"Not a clean place"

Quick response from the reception staff. I got my initial room with live cockroach and I asked for a room move immediately they moved me to another same category room. Second room no cockroach however super dusty

Room cleanliness is zero. Everywhere is dusty and dirty. Centre table and head board I wrote clean me with the dust settles there. Cleanliness I rate 0/10
