It would have been good if full payment is taken while booking the room itself instead of putting the confirmation of room puting on HOLD till payment is made. This will help in avoiding the inconvenience to the customer

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a place that charges a premium, the lack of basic amenities like running water is completely unacceptable. There was either no water or extremely limited water supply throughout my stay, making even basic hygiene impossible. Despite raising the issue with the staff, there was no timely solution. Simple things like a shower or drinking water became a struggle, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel that cannot guarantee such a fundamental service is not worth the money or the stress.
