Ease of access

Firstly it's false advertising, the hotel didn't look like the pictures at all! The Wi-Fi wasn't working on one of the floors, had to change rooms after checking in. The AC in the other room didn't work properly. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

this Is a Nice Hotel under my budget and pocket friendly The Hotel Rooms was Specious neat and Clean Hotel Staff is Polite And Sfot Spoken Person There Services Is V Good The Food Was Testy and Crispy i stay In This Hotel For 1 Night it is a Good Experiance for me

Staffs are very polite and prompt. Room service is very prompt. Reception boy picks up phone within a second

1) No hand rail in the stairs while getting in to the hotel 2) Not enough light, not even near the table & Chair 3) no latch on bathroom door 4) towels doesn't look clean white 5) entry point from the road can be little beautified 6) lastly the entry board names the property as " PP Residency" and no mention of "FAB express"..anything fishy !
