INI was going to write a decent review discarding all negatives. But a fraud happened with me.
The property posted a positive review from my account on booking.com. Now how is that possible? At the time of check-in, they will take a photo of your booking.com confirmation mail / page and there is a 4 to 6 digit PIN there and they will note down that as well. Using that PIN, they can post reviews on their page from your account. That PIN is confidential as mentioned by Booking.com but we usually dont realise and do not hesitate sharing it. Even I came to know today. All the reviews on booking.com are fake if you read them. All are 10/10 with no negatives. And so are the reviews on google. Some negatives Id mention are matchbox size bathroom with no ventilation thus it badly stinks. Hard smelly water. Stained bedsheet and comforter. Breakfast is included but there is no in-house kitchen. Disappointed man seriously. I was gonna ignore all negatives because I liked the decent service there but such frauds really piss you off. Do not book here so as to discourage such fraud business practices.
INSuper palace the hotel is located on the 6th floor , very comforting and staff was very polite and helping. the rooms are also neat and clean .
