Behaviour of the counter staff was good.

There was no parking for vehicle. We reached around 1.00 PM and we have to wait till the rooms were vacated, then cleaned and given to us. There was smell in room from the toilet/washroom. In the evening while having dinner in room, even the paper napkin was not provided on the ground that these are finised.

The rooms were very comfortable and you could see Jallianwala bagh from the large glass window that that was quite peaceful.

The hotel location is way deep inside narrow lanes which doesn't allow cars/rickshaws to locate esp during emergency.
