Although it is a great property but the management is poor and you can feel and see it in many places. The breakfast is good, but you will smell like fried food, the vent was not working properly. The refill were late and behind. We asked specifically for a quite room, we were given a room on the second floor of the shorter building that had massive construction going on. We arrived 5am and woke up to the sound of drilling and bumping at 8. However later a receptionist was very kind to change our room the next day to the 10th floor of the main tower. More interesting , the request for the rooms was never answered by the hotel. The ac had problems. In the first room eas freezing, it was 13 degrees and the second room was not working to well The address is very very confusing for Uber and drivers, most of the time you have to walk to the main road. The security stop for entering the hotel is too much and a pain in the neck.
