They changed the booking to another hotel without any information , giving reasons that their power back up is not proper. We with the family were surprised with this arrangement and another one hour wasted in settling with another one. Whatever they are presenting in picture, reality is very poor arrangement.

Hotel has good restaurant

Staff is not helpful at all. You call the facility multiple times but no response and no housekeeping assistant. Smoking smell all over the places

Water supply interruption, With soap and shampoo on my wet head I waited for more 20 min.My several calls makes nothing to them.I asked to bring water by bucket but no response.After 20 min normal water supply starts then I bathed.
