Special all staff are good and very comfortable

we did not like the food and food is too much costly.

Food was excellent

We were facing rental cars problems

If I mention about like the Restaurant staff was very polite and ready to assist all the time and the receptionist was also kind hotel has been maintained very well which gives you a plesent vibes.

We have taken a scooter on rent which was rented from hotel travel agent desk as far that was also part of hotel everything was going well last day of our stay cops caught us somewhere near to Baga beach as per him we can't rent a bike which is having white number plate which was correct he stopped us for long time outthere and we trying to call the person whom we have rented his phone was not reachable then cops found one number from registration card which was owners number the other side was a lady she spoke with him after having a long discussion then cops allowed us to go from there. My point is if you running a hotel where in you have kept all things why you doing this offence which is illegal and on the top of that we have filled around 200 ruppees petrol on that scooter when we were coming back from the baga beach because we had a plan to go night club but after this incident we got afraid do drive this scooter and we wanted to handover the scooter to them and the next day we asked the amount of petrol we filled in that rather then apologizing that lady was very rude she was like that incident was normal how can it will be normal when you are in a vacation and cops catch you for an offence which you are not aware. This is very serious issue which hotel owner has to followup because you have to understand you are in a hospitality Industry where everything runs in an trust factor small things may lead damage your resort image in the market.

Breakfast was very good.

Really nice breakfast.

Dinner timing can be extended.
