The room and its surroundings at Treebo Trend Elite Plaza are commendable. The room itself was well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings added to the overall ambiance, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Madikeri. The proximity to Madikeri Fort is undoubtedly a significant advantage for those looking to explore the historical sites in the area

Drawbacks during my stay. The most significant issue was with the hot water supply. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, the hot water simply refused to flow. This proved to be quite inconvenient, especially during the colder mornings. It would be highly beneficial for the hotel management to address this issue promptly, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience. Another concern was the generator's failure to kick in during a power outage. While power outages are not uncommon, it is crucial for hotels to ensure that their backup systems, such as generators, are in good working condition. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay, leading to some inconvenience when the power went out. This aspect needs urgent attention to enhance the hotel's reliability and guest satisfaction during unforeseen circumstances.
